今週末のシンガポールGPから、FIAはチームがフレキシブルなパーツを阻止するため、フロントとリアのウイングのデザインについて厳しくなった。

FIAはシンガポールGPのレースに先立ってウイングのすべての設計図を見て、それが遵守されているかどうかを確認するよう要求し、ルールに違反すると考えられる特定のウイングのアイデアを非合法化した。

これには、固定された車体に対して動いたり回転したりするウイングエレメント、局所的なたわみを許容するエラストマー（ゴム）フィレットの使用、さらにたわみを助けるために柔らかいトレーリングエッジを使用するデザインなどが含まれる。

さらに、クラッシュ構造に対するリアウイング下部のコンポーネントの柔軟性も検査している。2021年アゼルバイジャンGPから基準点が導入されたことで、アッパーウィングエレメントの柔軟性はより厳しく取り締まられるようになった。

「電子部品株に照準！アップルショックから蘇生へ」

●東京市場は中国リスクの下げには耐性

　政府が7月23日、先端半導体の製造装置など23品目を輸出管理の規制対象に加えたことを覚えておられるだろうか。

　もう1カ月以上も前のことなのでお忘れかもしれないが、先端半導体製造装置を製造できるのは、世界で米国、日本、オランダにほぼ限られる。これら3カ国が協調して中国への輸出を規制すれば（実質的には輸出禁止）、中国が決定的な打撃を被るのは明らかだ。

　当然、中国の反発が予想されたが、意外な方法で中国はそれを実施したと見てよい。日本に対しては日本産水産物の輸入禁止、そして米国に対しては政府職員の「iPhone」使用禁止だ。

　アップル<AAPL>は中国と親しい企業とされてきた。政府職員に限定はしているものの、そのアップルの主力製品を使用禁止するとは、どんなに親しくても政策的に必要なら容赦なく規制するということだ。

　これを敷衍（ふえん）して考えるなら、今後はテスラ<TSLA>の電気自動車（EV）さえ規制の対象になりかねない、となる。

　これでは中国はますますビジネスで付き合いにくい国となってしまうが、投資の観点からも中国リスクが常につきまとい、投資しにくいことこの上ない。

　しかし、私の経験では、中国リスクで東京市場や特定の銘柄が下げていた場合、基本は下げたところで投資しておいた方が成功する確率は高い。

　確かに中国の存在はやっかいで、いつ何どき関連株が急落するか分からない。だが、市場はこれまで数えきれないほどそれを経験させられてきたことで、中国リスクによる下落に耐性ができてしまっている。中国リスクで下げても、しばらく耐えれば回復に向かう場合がほとんどなのだ。

●アップルに連れ安した電子部品株に投資チャンス

　そこでアップル株安に連動して急落した電子部品株も、すぐではないにしても蘇生に向かうと見るのが自然であり、今回は 電子部品株に注目したい。

　アップル関連株といえば村田製作所 <6981> [東証Ｐ]になるが、同社株の下落でアップルに製品を納入していない電子部品株も下げており、それらも合わせて投資を考えたい。

　そこで、まずはＳＭＫ <6798> [東証Ｐ]だ。タブレット向けコネクターや車載向けタッチセンサーに強く、株価は8月23日から順調に戻りつつあったが、週末は下げてしまったので押し目狙いに向く。

　セラミックコンデンサーに強い太陽誘電 <6976> [東証Ｐ]も、8月17日に底を打ち急反発中だったのに、アップルショックで急反落してしまった。これまた押し目狙いに向く。

　タッチパネルのプラスチック基板やフレキシブル基板などに使われる異方性導電膜に強いでデクセリアルズ <4980> [東証Ｐ]も、順調そのものの動きを続けていたが、ここにきて売られてしまった。なお数日下げる恐れはあるが、下げ止まりは近いと見られるため要マークだ。

　以前、航空機用計器類に強いとして紹介したことがある日本航空電子工業 <6807> [東証Ｐ]も忘れてなるまい。この会社は小型・薄型のフレキシブルプリント基板に使われるコネクターにも強いが、株価は下げた。もう少し下げることもあり得るが、下げ止まりを待って出動を考えたい。

　最後に、電子部品とは関係のない銘柄を。長野計器 <7715> [東証Ｐ]だ。油圧、水圧、空気、ガスなどの圧力を測定する圧力計に強い企業だ。単に強いだけではない。グループ企業も含めると世界首位の実績、ブランド力を持つ企業なので株も期待が持てる。

秋田沖に導入される大規模な洋上風力発電をめぐり、風車の部品の受注先として県内の中小企業など５社が候補に選ばれました。
部品製造の受注が決まれば、地元の中小企業としては初めてになります。

県内から選ばれたのは、大館市や由利本荘市、それににかほ市のメーカーなどあわせて５社で、風車の鉄鋼部品や電気部品の受注先の候補となっています。

洋上風力発電の導入が相次いでいる秋田沖では、２０３０年までに能代・三種・男鹿沖と由利本荘沖であわせて１０３基の風車の建設が計画され、このうち、風車の「ナセル」と呼ばれる心臓部分の部品については、東芝の子会社、「東芝エネルギーシステムズ」が２０２６年から組み立てを行う予定です。

７日、東芝エネルギーシステムズの四柳端社長が秋田県庁を訪れて、受注先の候補に選ばれた５社を佐竹知事に報告し、「サプライチェーンの構築と再エネの地産地消に貢献できるよう取り組みたい」と述べました。

これに対し佐竹知事は「厳しい品質管理が求められる部品の受注先候補に県内企業が選ばれてうれしい。県としても企業の設備や技術の支援に取り組みたい」と述べました。

最終的な受注先は来年度以降に決められる予定で、部品製造の受注が決まれば、地元の中小企業としては初めてになります。

候補に選ばれた由利本荘市の企業の社長は「機械加工の高い精度が求められるがこれまでの経験を生かせる部分がある。自社の強みをしっかりＰＲしていきたい」と話していました。

　航空機エンジン部品製造のＡｅｒｏＥｄｇｅ（エアロエッジ、足利市寺岡町、森西淳（もりにしじゅん）社長）は８日までに、本社工場の敷地内に新設する工場の建設に着手した。現在の主力製品は、航空機エンジンの低圧タービンに使われるチタンアルミブレードだが、新工場では同ブレード以外の新たな航空機エンジン向け部品の量産を目指す。建設と設備に総額18億８３００万円を投じ、２０２４年６月の完成を予定する。

　同社は、フランスの航空機エンジン製造サフラン社と契約し、チタンアルミブレードを製造している。チタンアルミ合金は加工が難しい上、製品化では高い精度が求められる。高い加工技術と量産体制を持つ競合他社が世界的にも限られる中、エアロエッジはサフラン社から材料を無償で提供されるなど高く評価され、安定した収益の確保を実現してきた。

[上海 ７日 ロイター] - 調査会社「テックインサイツ」によると、中国通信機器大手、華為技術（ファーウェイ）の新型スマートフォン「Ｍａｔｅ（メイト）６０プロ」には、以前のモデルよりも中国製チップ部品が多く使われており、半導体分野での躍進がうかがえるという。

同社のアナリスト、ダン・ハッチソン氏は「シリコンの半分以上、おそらく３分の２が中国製で、これも大きな進歩だ。２─３年前のスマホではこの割合は３分の１だった」とロイターに語った。

テックインサイツは先週末からファーウェイの新型スマホの部品を調査している。先のリポートでは、同製品に中国の半導体受託生産最大手、中芯国際集成電路製造（ＳＭＩＣ）(0981.HK)が先端７ナノメートル（ｎｍ）の技術を使って製造した新しい先進的なチップが搭載されていると明らかにしていた。 もっと見る

ハッチソン氏は「これは中国が世界トップの（半導体）企業から２─２．５ノードの遅れにとどまっていることを示しており重要だ。中国は１４ｎｍで止まると考えられていた」と指摘した。

ファーウェイとＳＭＩＣは現時点でコメント要請に応じていない。

（ＣＮＮ） ルーマニアのティルバル国防相は、ロシアのドローン（無人機）の部品が領内に落下した可能性があることを確認した。ドローンは、ルーマニアとウクライナの国境を流れるドナウ川のウクライナ側の港を標的としていた。

ティルバル氏が６日、現地を訪れた際、ＣＮＮ提携局のルーマニアメディアに語った。

ティルバル氏は記者団に対し、公に議論されている地域を含む非常に広い地域に対応しているとし、「この地域でドローンのものの可能性がある部品が発見されたことを確認した」と述べた。部品にはさらなる分析が行われる。

国防省は当初、ロシアのドローンの一部がドナウ川のルーマニア側に落下したとの今週に入ってからの報道を否定していた。

ウクライナのドナウ川沿いの港はここ数週間、ロシアからの激しい攻撃にさらされている。黒海からの穀物輸出に関する協定が７月に停止して以降、ロシアはウクライナの穀物貯蔵施設やインフラを標的としている。

ロシアによる空爆の多くはルーマニア国境を越えたすぐ近くに着弾している。ルーマニアは北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）の加盟国。

ルーマニア国防省は今週初めの攻撃を「可能な限り強い言葉」で非難していた。

ウクライナ当局によれば、６日未明にもウクライナ側でドローンによる攻撃があり、農業従事者１人が死亡した。

　電子部品製造ハイジェントグループのハイジェントテクノロジー（岐阜県大垣市）は、安八郡輪之内町南波の輪之内工場で食用コオロギの生産に乗り出した。従来の製造ラインの一部を生産施設に切り替え、１０月には初めて出荷できる見通し。現在は販路開拓や加工品開発に向け、東海地域の企業への営業を進めている。

　同社は２０２１年に事業の多角化のため山形工場（山形県新庄市）で食用コオロギ事業に着手。すでに地元企業と協力して開発した加工品を販売している。食品衛生管理の国際基準「ＨＡＣＣＰ（ハサップ）」の認証を受け、大手菓子メーカーとの商談も進んでおり、輪之内工場での生産は、将来の大幅な受注増に備えて生産体制を強化する狙いもある。

　輪之内工場では飼育室を設け、加工に必要な粉砕機や乾燥機を順次導入。７月から事業を開始し、室温と湿度を一定に保った飼育室で採卵からふ化、１カ月間の飼育を経て、乾燥、粉砕といった加工までを工場内で一貫して行う。

　出荷はホール（乾燥品）や粉砕したパウダーで毎月計１５キロ前後を見込む。飼育部屋の増設などで生産能力の強化も可能で、環境負荷の低減に向け、食品残さなどの給餌も研究していく。

　人口増加や気候変動で将来の食糧問題が取り沙汰される中、動物性タンパク質を効率よく摂取でき、環境負荷の低い昆虫食には世界中で注目が集まっている。担当者は「精密部品製造で培ったノウハウも生かせる。環境に配慮した新しい事業の柱として育てたい」としている。
